About Us
Tychon, Inc. is a full-service precision CNC machining facility with a strong background in producing complex machined components. We leverage the latest advancements in CNC milling and turning technologies to produce close tolerance parts – in volumes from prototype to production.
Supplying precision CNC machined parts to customers nationwide for over 15 years, Tychon, Inc. specializes in short runs. Our long-term customers include major theme parks, and food and beverage producers – as well as companies in such industries as medical instruments, aerospace and robotics.
While any machine shop can produce parts, we treat them like fine jewelry – which has established our reputation for accuracy, precision and high-quality finishes. We work with metal, plastic and composites, constituting almost 100 types of materials. Our attention to detail and stringent quality control process ensure we deliver parts that are in compliance with your specs.
